1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be made through our official website, WhatsApp, or authorized representatives.

A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment (as specified) is received and a confirmation message/email is sent to you.

The traveler is responsible for providing accurate personal and contact details during booking.
2. Payment Policy

A partially-refundable advance payment (as mentioned in the package) is required to confirm the booking.

The balance amount must be paid before the journey begins or as per the payment schedule provided.

Payments can be made through UPI, bank transfer, or secure online payment gateways.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer:

15 days before the trip: 80% refund of the amount (advance received)

7–14 days before the trip: 50% refund of the amount (advance received)

Less than 7 days: No refund

Cancellation by Saturday Shooters:

In rare cases of natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the trip and offer a full refund or reschedule option.

Note: Convenience fees, booking charges, and transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Changes in Itinerary

We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather, traffic, safety concerns, or other unforeseen factors.

Every effort will be made to maintain the original itinerary, but changes may be made in the interest of guest safety and experience.
5. Travel Documents & Identification

Travelers must carry valid government-issued ID proof (e.g., Aadhar card, voter ID, or passport).

For cross-border travel (e.g., Nepal), appropriate documents such as Voter ID or Passport are mandatory.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure their documents are valid and up-to-date.
6. Accommodation & Transport

Hotel and transport arrangements are made through our trusted partners.

Rooms are generally on a double or triple sharing basis unless otherwise specified.

Specific room preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in our packages unless specifically mentioned.

We recommend customers arrange their own insurance for safety against delays, cancellations, health issues, or baggage loss.
8. Code of Conduct

Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow passengers, staff, locals, and the environment.

Misconduct, unlawful activity, or behavior that endangers others will lead to removal from the trip without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability

Saturday Shooters acts as a travel facilitator and is not liable for loss, delay, injury, or damage to person or property caused by any service provider (hotel, transporter, etc.).

We are not liable for any delays or cancellations due to natural calamities, accidents, strikes, or political unrest.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts located in [Insert Your City].
